OSV held their 2018 Winter Conference on Friday, February 16 and Saturday, February 17 in Portland, Oregon. On Friday night, we bonded as a team through education discussions and fun activities. We learned fun facts about one another and shared our highs and lows for the week. On Saturday, we discussed our upcoming State of Our Schools report and developed recommendations to improve Oregon's K-12 education system based on student experiences from across the state. We also solidified our 2018-2019 K-12 policy agenda. We look forward to sharing this agenda with you in the next couple of months. You will not want to miss what we have planned for Oregon's students in the coming year, including our report release on March 6 and youth development trainings beginning this fall. We cannot wait to continue growing and bringing change to Oregon's schools.
